Do I need to know what can be automated?
No. Just tell us what you do by hand every week. Together, we’ll look at the process and whether automation would help. You don’t need any technical knowledge.
Will I need new software?
Your team keeps using its existing tools. Sometimes we need a connection or an extra tool behind the scenes. We discuss that upfront. Any subscriptions are in your name and paid by you.
Will it really be ready in two weeks?
About two weeks is our starting point. We agree on the timing upfront, depending on the task, the access we need and testing together. If building takes us longer than expected, your agreed price stays the same.
Do I need a maintenance plan?
No. Maintenance is optional. What we build is yours, with or without a plan. If you’d like ongoing support and maintenance, we agree on a separate monthly fee.
What if the AI agent isn’t sure?
It hands over to a person. During the build, we agree on what the agent can do on its own and when you or someone on your team takes over. We test this together using real examples from your work.
How do I know which package fits my task?
You don’t need to choose yet. We discuss the work first, then recommend fixed rules, an AI agent or a combination. You receive one fixed price within the relevant range.
